Move to a new ePortfolio from July 2026

We are progressing plans for the transition from Portfolio Online to the 14Fish ePortfolio.

Subject to successful final testing, the transition will begin from July 2026 and will initially include Resident Doctors rotating in August.

Final system testing is currently underway, alongside the completion of training materials. Following a successful ARCP outcome, Resident Doctors’ accounts are expected to begin migrating to the new platform from July 2026.

The project continues to move forward as planned, and we will provide further updates to members in due course as key milestones are reached.

Resident doctors affected by the change will receive regular updates via the resident doctors’ eNewsletter (circulated by email). Please check spam or junk folders to ensure these are received. In addition, direct communications will be issued ahead of account migration and on the day invitations to access the 14Fish platform are sent.
